Twelve juries must decide if a man is guilty or not of a murder, under death penalty. Eleven have full certainty that his is guilty, while one does not believe in his innocence, but also does not think the indicted is guilty. Determined to analyze again the facts of the case, the jury number 8 (Henry Fonda) does not have to face only the difficulties of interpretation of the facts to find the indicted's innocence, but also the other juries' unwillingness and rancor, which want to go as soon as possible to their homes.

A timeless classic that will keep you wondering weather the boy is honestly innocent or guilty. In the end, everyone has there own opinion.
