Great movie, but it doesnt follow the book at all. The plot is completely different, in the book he really isnt an assassin working for treadstone. He is created to flush out an assassin called Carlos, who is the person after Bourne not Treadstone. The only thing that is the same in both the book and the movie is that he is found in the Mediterranean by a fisherman. However the fisherman doesnt heal him. And he meets up with a girl name Maria. But the Maria in the book and the film are completely different.
