Tom Welles a private eye is hired by a rich widow. His job is to find out what he can about this snuff-movie. The snuff-movie contains a graphic slaughtering of a woman. As this bizarre trail of evidence is unraveled Tom begins to get obsessed with the case and will stop at nothing to find out what happened.
