Elvis Presely (played by Bruce Campbell) is an elderly resident in a Texas nursing home after having switched identities with an Elvis impersonator years before his "death" and missed his chance to switch back.

He fights an evil Egyptian mummy who is using the nursing home as his hunting grounds. Elvis teams up with another resident (played by Ossie Davis) who thinks he is President John F. Kennedy.
