Told through the eyes of Buscapé, a poor boy living in a city controlled by a increasingly powerful gang led by a man named Li'l Zé. He has been gaining power for quite some time but somehow Buscapé keeps getting dragged into the chaos which is his home, but all he's interested in is photography.
