Like I said, beware of major spoilers ahead.So, first she dies once, decides she doesn't want to die yet and starts over. Then the boyfriend dies, but also decides he doesn't want to die yet either, and the whole story repeats a third time. I really enjoyed the action, weirdness, and style of this movie, but I'm wondering if it was meant to be non-sensical or if I missed something.

I haven't seen it in a while, but if I remember correctly, the first two rounds were her thinking out what to do, and the third one was her just making an attempt. I should watch it again soon, it's been a long time since I've seen it.

I thought similar to what Jason had. I thought it was all about the connection between your choices and the consequences or reactions to those. In all, there are the three different choices and she follows the results for each of them. You'll see the same characters in all three and what happens to each of them with each of her decisions.

Although, it's been forever since I've seen it too.
