Charlie Fineman (Adam Sandler) lost his family to one of the plane crashes on September 11th. By chance he runs into his college roommate Alan Johnson (Don Cheadle), who has since grown up and became a doctor. Charlie begins to grow attached to Alan as he's one of the few people who didn't know his family and won't bring that pain back to him.

This was one of the best movies of the year. Adam Sandler took a chance with his acting skills and moved away from the comedic roles that he has normally done in the past. He was terrific in this movie and very emotional. Don Cheadle was also amazing as he has proven in past movies such as "Hotel Rwanda." Everyone was casted correctly and the story line was terrific. A must-see for everyone this year!
