A young boy (Osment) makes a plan to change the world and make it better after an assignment is given out for his social studies class.

While this movie varies quite a bit from the actual book, it still is an overall heartwarming movie with a very good storyline and characters that actually make you feel good for watching. Seeing the change in people through the pay it forward plan really seems to inspire one to attempt to make a change in the world around them.
