Cruella De Vil is released from prison after attending therapy. She is now a new changed woman, who loves puppies. But, soon after hearing Big Ben toll, she returns to her puppy crazed state. Her parole officer, Chloe has a family of dalmatians. Cruella then tries to capture them, and once again create her fur coat. The fate of the puppies is left in the hands of their spotless sister. Will she be able to out smart Cruella in time.
