How do I stop receiving emails from IHM?

IHM only sends emails to those who are opted in to receive them. If you'd like to remove yourself from this list, please send an email to IHM Info with the subject line of "OPT-OUT [your username]'. Where it says "your username" you'd place your username (brackets are not required).
